Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to ScribeBuster websites and services. By using the service, a user agrees to these terms and any plan-specific order presented at checkout.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for activity under their accounts. The current static build does not create a production account or secure session.
3. Permitted use
The service may be used for lawful content planning, drafting, editing, and related business workflows. Users may not misuse the service to infringe rights, deceive, distribute malware, evade safeguards, disrupt systems, or generate unlawful content.
4. User content
Users retain rights they hold in content submitted to the service and grant the company the limited permissions necessary to process that content and operate the service. Users are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted material.
5. AI-generated output
Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users must review facts, citations, originality, claims, safety, and legal requirements before use or publication.
6. Plans and payment
Production subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, included usage, taxes, refund rules, overages, and billing dates must be presented at purchase. This static demonstration does not process payments.
7. Intellectual property
The service, interface, branding, code, documentation, and company-provided materials are owned by scribebuster.com LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Production terms should define notice and data-export periods where appropriate.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final warranty exclusions, liability caps, indemnities, governing law, dispute process, and statutory carve-outs require review by qualified counsel.
10. Changes
Material changes should be communicated through the service or by email, with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
